Our Promise
You only pay $99 when we find you a deal. If the dealer backs out or changes the price after you've paid — we refund you in full, no questions asked.
When you get a full refund
- ✓The dealer withdraws their offer after you have paid
- ✓The dealer quotes a higher price than what was presented to you
- ✓The dealer is unable to fulfil the order as quoted (e.g., vehicle no longer in stock at that price)
When refunds don't apply
- ✗You choose not to proceed with the dealer after revealing the deal
- ✗You request a different colour, model, or spec after payment
- ✗You have already made direct contact with the dealer and negotiated separately
- ✗More than 14 days have passed since the deal was revealed
How to request a refund
Email us at hello@dealdrive.com.au with your Deal ID (shown in your dashboard). Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
This refund policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Full Terms of Service
