1. The Service
DealDrive is a car price negotiation service. We contact Australian car dealers on your behalf and attempt to negotiate the best driveaway price for your desired vehicle. We charge a $99 AUD facilitation fee only when we successfully find a verified offer.
2. No Obligation
You are under no obligation to purchase any vehicle as a result of using DealDrive. The offer we present is simply the best quote we obtained — you choose whether to proceed with the dealer directly.
3. Payment
The $99 AUD fee is charged once, when we notify you of a successful deal. This fee is for the negotiation service and access to dealer contact details. No fee is charged if no deal is found within 7 days.
4. Money-Back Guarantee
If a dealer withdraws their offer or changes the quoted driveaway price after you have paid the $99 fee, you are entitled to a full refund of the $99 fee. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. This guarantee does not cover changes initiated by you (e.g., you choose a different colour or model).
5. Trade-Ins
DealDrive does not facilitate vehicle trade-ins. We strongly advise selling your current vehicle privately before purchasing a new vehicle to maximise your negotiating position.
6. No Warranty on Savings
DealDrive makes reasonable efforts to secure competitive pricing but cannot guarantee specific savings amounts. Dealer availability, stock, and pricing can change. The savings shown in marketing materials are representative examples.
7. Australian Use Only
DealDrive operates in Australia only and contacts Australian-licensed car dealerships. The service is provided in AUD currency only.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes shall be resolved in NSW courts.
